We will accept returns if a wrong item has been supplied or if it doesn’t work. The customer is required to notify us within 72 hours after the item has been received by him / her. Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all the accompanying papers etc.
All import issues at the delivery country (tax, delays etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Sapporo Court (Japan) shall be the only venue for disputes regarding any products or services purchased and acquired through Tokyo-Watches.com and from Shaoneiram (our company name).
Shipping back for repair
If for any reason the customer wishes to ship the watch back to us for repair (even if it’s still in the warranty period), shipping costs will be born by the customer.
